SUMMARY: The Yardi Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for Yardi software users across the company.  Provide troubleshooting, support and training related to the Yardi platform.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Respond to helpdesk inquiries related to Yardi module errors or general Yardi questions/issues.  Alert management of any irregularities or issues.

  • Work with Yardi support staff to troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues.
  • Perform system maintenance, including user creation and termination, updating user groups, assisting in maintenance of system menus, and testing for data integrity.
  • Maintain current user guides, process documentation, and maintenance schedules for Yardi.
  • Support integration of new properties into the company’s Yardi platform.
  • Provide training on existing and new Yardi modules to all users.
  • Participate in month-end reconciliation of property budgets related to Yardi reports/information as needed.  
  • Complete required trainings as assigned.
  • Attend required meetings.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management with advanced proficiency in property management software (Yardi).  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization.  Strong knowledge of project management principles and demonstrated analytical skills.  

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Valid U.S.  Driver’s License required
