JMC has developed or invested in more than 16,000 apartment homes and more than 1,000,000 square feet of suburban office, research, and development space throughout New England. We have also invested in other locations, including Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington D.C. Our experience includes developing and operating market-rate condominiums and apartment communities as well as publicly and privately held mixed-and low-income housing.
