Last week, JMC held the annual Holiday Managers Meeting at Granite Links in Quincy, MA. This meeting summarizes the many accomplishments achieved by the teams throughout the year. President Bob Ruzzo welcomed seasoned managers as well as managers new to the company.  

Bob gave a 2025 year in review to note our growth since last December. Most notably, JMC added 751 apartment homes to the portfolio from 2024 to 2025 with a combination of acquisitions and three lease-ups with DUO, Slade Farm Residences, and The Devon at Weiss Farm. JMC is just shy of 14,000 apartment homes across the entire portfolio.

7 JMC properties also received impressive NSPIRE scores of 88 and higher.

The remainder of the afternoon covered updates from DEI, Human Resources, Accounting, Compliance, and Marketing.

The coveted Corcoran Cup was awarded to The Mastlight! All properties were evaluated for their performance across several different categories and The Mastlight team was awarded for consistently being the strongest community across the majority of these categories. 

The day ended with a team bonding session that put managers to the test and work together. JMC had a busy yet rewarding year thanks to the efforts of all our employees. JMC closed out the week with manager gift deliveries and our annual holiday gala at The Four Seasons in Boston! We are proud of our 2025 accomplishments and cannot wait for 2026.
