We are happy to introduce JMC's latest development, The Devon at Weiss Farm located in Stoneham, MA! This brand-new community will have 259 apartments and 15 townhomes delivered in phases. The first building along with the clubhouse and townhomes will be delivered this summer.

Many architectural features of The Devon will pay homage to the land's original use as Ann and Phil Weiss's dairy farm. The clubhouse will be a replica of the original Weiss Farm barn and there will be many other farmhouse aesthetics woven in throughout the property. The community will also offer several upscale amenities that are unique to the property.

Sustainability will also be a major characteristic of The Devon as the property is seeking LEED Silver certification.
