JMC has continued to improve sustainability efforts across the portfolio to reduce water  and energy consumption to create healthy living environments that our residents call home.

JMC is proud to announce that Phase II of Union 346 in Somerville, MA received LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council which is the highest level of achievement. This is the first JMC property to receive this level of excellence in sustainability.

This new construction apartment building was also built to Passive House standards and received Phius Certification which was another first for JMC. The goal of Phius is to create a zero-carbon future and JMC is proud to be a part of this effort.

These achievements are a major milestone for JMC. JMC continues to be at the forefront of creating sustainable communities for our residents and the local environment to make a lasting impact.
