JMC Employees Earn ARM® Designation Sponsored by IREM®

JMC is an Accredited Management Organization with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). which is, "... an international institute with the learning, certifications, and networking that property managers need to take on real estate management's most dynamic challenges."

Most of JMC's Property Managers have earned the designation of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) sponsored by IREM. 12 JMC employees earned this designation in 2023 and 2 more employees earned the designation last week to kick off 2024.

JMC encourages all eligible employees to further their education through these rigorous courses to earn this designation. According to the IREM® website, "Certifications from the Institute of Real Estate Management are internationally recognized as the marks of ethical leadership and a well-managed property." JMC is proud to support employees who want to develop their careers with greater financial and operational skills not only to best serve their communities, but also to increase the value of our JMC properties.

Additionally, JMC won the DEI Company Award of the Year, featured in an article by Boston Real Estate Times, "... for the dedication to fostering an inclusive workspace that celebrates diversity and promotes equity and for making an indelible impact on IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 through an array of initiatives. From insightful workshops and training sessions that address unconscious bias, to impactful awareness campaigns celebrating various cultural heritage months, the company's efforts have amplified the importance of inclusivity at every level."

Patricia Dolmo, Accounts Payable Specialist, and leader of JMC's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee was also honored with the DEI Individual Award of the Year in recognition of her efforts to promote participation, inclusion, and support for DEI at JMC.
