JMC Framework Trainings

JMC has been conducting “Framework” trainings that focus on Finance, Rental Operations, Administrative Procedures, and Maintenance. Marketing has also reintroduced JMC History trainings and created a brand-new leasing training course.

Rental Operations and Administrative trainings have proven very helpful for learning policies and procedures for the application process, with feedback calling it “Fun class, great pace, [and] easy to understand!”

Finance sessions have also been impactful, giving employees the opportunity to share experiences and offer helpful tips. In addition, IT, HR, and Compliance run routine onboarding trainings for new hires.

In June, Marketing led a leasing training for our summer interns, then launched “Amping Up Your Rental Brilliance,” a Leasing 202 course focused on sales presentations and building strong prospect relationships through live role plays.

Marketing also revitalized Customer Service and JMC History trainings for new team members, covering our founders, corporate-office introductions, portfolio overviews, customer-experience tools, practice scenarios, and Fair Housing compliance.

This fall, Maintenance will kick off Toolbox Talks—an opportunity for our maintenance staff to share best practices and procedures. We look forward to all the trainings in the pipeline!
