Munroe Place Wins Gold Hermes Creative Award

JMC is proud to announce that Munroe Place won Gold in the Hermes Creative Awards’ “Website Homepage” category, the competition’s second-highest award level.

The Hermes Creative Awards are a respected international design competition spanning many industries. This marks JMC’s second Hermes recognition — the first was a Platinum win for Union 346’s website design in 2023.

The website was developed in collaboration with REACH by RentCafe® and the JMC Marketing Department. The new site showcases the neighborhood, floor plans, amenities, and community photography, and features a before-and-after virtual staging slider — a highlight noted by the Hermes Awards panel.

The new website reflects the broader transformation taking place at Munroe Place, where renovated apartment homes and refreshed community spaces complement the property’s location in an up-and-coming corner of Quincy. It’s a community built to do more than house residents — and the website tells that story.
