Union 346 Set to Deliver Phase II in September

Phase II of Union 346 is set to deliver 59 additional apartments in Somerville this September. Located on Hawkins Street adjacent to Phase I on Somerville Avenue, the building will offer studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and income-restricted three-bedroom homes.

The interiors feature sleek kitchens with white gloss cabinets, gray quartz countertops, tile backsplash, electric ranges, and stainless-steel appliances. Apartment living spaces boast in-unit stacked laundry, 9-foot ceilings, luxury vinyl flooring, and oversized windows that fill rooms with natural light.

Select homes include spacious balconies with tile pavers and planter boxes, providing residents with fresh air and city skyline views.

New amenity spaces in Phase II complement Phase I offerings: a work-from-home lounge with kitchenette overlooking Martha Perry Lowe Park, a roof deck with Boston skyline vistas, alongside a fitness center, pet wash, bike storage, community lounge, and an on-site park.

Phase II residents will benefit from easy access to the Green Line Extension for downtown Boston commutes, and Somerville’s vibrant Bow Market just across the street for dining and shopping.

We look forward to welcoming new residents to their brand-new homes at Union 346!
