With experience in the fields of Project-based Section 8, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, Section 236, and the MRVP Project-Based Programs as well as Public Housing, Workforce, 40b, and the Community Based Housing Program, John M. Corcoran & Company has provided countless families with an affordable and desirable home. In 1985, our firm was the first private management company in the country to take over the management of a public housing property. We continue to manage this large property today.
Recently, the JMC & Co team executed a lottery and lease-up of Uphams Crossing in Dorchester, MA. It consisted of 80 affordable apartments. The team distributed over 5,000 applications of which over 3,300 were returned and processed.
